Description

SaskTel is seeking a qualified Supplier to provide us with a suite of sales enablement and finance transformation advisory services to objectively benchmark performance, identify margin expansion opportunities, and inform actions to increase commercial profitability. The expected services will provide industry benchmarks and research frameworks, accelerate commercial performance, validate strategy, enable workforce transformation, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and guide long-term structural decisions at SaskTel.

During the contract term, and at SaskTel’s discretion, the Supplier may be requested to provide optional subscription access to financial insights, tools, and benchmarking capabilities to support future finance-related advisory needs.

The work will span short-term, budget-critical deliverables as well as ongoing strategic guidance to support major shifts in go-to-market design, sales enablement, financial insights, and organizational alignment.
