Description

Gladstone Village Phase-2 (GV2) encompasses a clear/vacant 2.4-acre parcel of land within the development. The site is subject to the ‘West Downtown Core Secondary Plan’ and part of the ‘Corso Italia Station District’.

GV2 will include three residential buildings with zoning that currently permits 750 residential units and will include underground parking, ground floor commercial and institutional ancillary uses.

During the pre-design and massing stage, an assessment for re-zoning and application for Official Plan amendment will be completed with potential for up to 975 residential units.

Hobin Architecture Inc. have been engaged as the Prime Consultant/Architect.

To further support the design and subsequent construction of GV2, Ottawa Community Housing (OCH) requires the services of a qualified professional Quantity Surveyor/Cost Control Manager (Cost Consultant).

This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued to the Prequalified Bidders to identify and select a Cost Consultant with whom OCH may enter into agreement for services.
