Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) Proponent to enter Contract (Appendix A) with B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) to supply and deliver a protective cover for the synthetic turf field at BC Place Stadium.
The scope of work and responsibilities are defined in section 1. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in late March 2026.  The work will include supply and delivery of  a modular field cover protection system for synthetic turf, along with assisting PavCo in a one-time setup and training in installation and removal.
