Qualified engineering firms are invited to submit proposals for a standing offer agreement to provide inspection, assessment, and costing methodologies for culverts.

What changed

The District of North Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms for its Culvert Assessment Program, as detailed in tender BCRFP-027-26. The Request for Proposals aims to establish a Standing Offer Agreement for an initial three-year term, with options for extensions, covering services such as culvert condition inspection, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, identification of rehabilitation methodologies, and development of replacement costing. The tender is open until April 8, 2026, and is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement.

Interested engineering firms must submit comprehensive proposals by the closing date. The opportunity involves detailed technical assessments and costing for culvert infrastructure. Companies interested in partnering can add their name to a list, but this does not replace the formal tendering process.
