Reissue of Request for Standing Offers. This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number WS5444068737 dated November 17, 2025 with a closing of December 15, 2025 at 2:00pm EST Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide bottled purified or spring water, the rental of water coolers, and the cleaning and maintenance of rental coolers on an “as and when requested” basis to 14 Wing Greenwood, Department of National Defence (DND). The period of the Standing Offer is for 3 years, but Canada may extend the term for 2 additional 1-year periods.
This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers. Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the solicitation of offers process.
