AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2026-03-05 at 2 p.m. EST. All bids submitted after 2 p.m. EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Polar Continental Shelf Program (PCSP) of Natural Resources Canada requires helicopter charter services within the Nunavut Settlement Area (NSA) to support its Canadian Arctic field operations for the 2026 field season, with the option of up to four (4) additional one-year extensions under the same terms and conditions.
