Description
Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number 5000088288 dated 2025-11-06 with a closing of 2025-12-03 at 2:00pm. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers.
- Summary
Environment and Climate Change Canada requires the service of a Contractor to prepare the instruments and conduct two (2) upper air soundings per day, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days per year, (366 days in a leap year) to monitor the data and messages produced, and to ensure the prompt transmittal of the data, onsite at the upper air station situated in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. The period of the contract is from 01 June 2026 to 31 May 2028, with the option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The selection will be based on the highest responsive combined rating of technical merit and price. The ratio will be 60% for the technical merit and 40% for the price.

Solicitation of Offer Submission Eligibility. This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers as defined in the Attachment 1 to Part 1 Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected.Service Requirements
