Abstract
A user terminal includes: a control section that determines a set of one or more candidate occasions for reception of a downlink shared channel available in a time unit, based on a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest-ACKnowledge (HARQ-ACK) timing value using a same or different time unit between a plurality of services and a format of the time unit; and a transmitting section that transmits a codebook being determined based on the set of the one or more candidate occasions.
