SANTA FE ─ The Taxation and Revenue Department will hold live delinquent property

tax auctions in Doña Ana and Luna Counties in late March and April, allowing in-person attendees to submit bids for the properties. The auctions are intended to collect delinquent property taxes when taxes have been delinquent for at least three years. The state notifies delinquent taxpayers about the taxes due and planned sales of property. If the state is unable to collect the delinquent taxes, the subject properties are auctioned for sale. Auctions have been scheduled in the following counties:

  • Doña Ana County, 10 a.m., March 30, 845 N Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, N.M.
