- Division of Occupational Licensure

The Division of Occupational Licensure is moving another group of licensing boards to its new online system, eLIPSE, on March 30, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. This update is part of the Commonwealth’s ongoing work to make licensing services simpler, faster, and easier to use online.

The boards transitioning to eLIPSE are Architects, Embalming and Funeral Directing, Landscape Architects, Public Accountancy, and Real Estate Appraisers. To get ready for the switch, ePLACE access for these boards will end on March 25 at 5:00 p.m. To avoid delays, we encourage you to finish any applications, renewals, or updates in ePLACE by 4:00 p.m. that day.

Two boards that already use eLIPSE — Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons and Plumbers and Gas Fitters — will have a short service interruption during the transition, and licensing services will be temporarily unavailable during that time.

All other boards will continue using ePLACE until they are scheduled to move to eLIPSE in the future.
