March 20, 2026 The Elevator Safety Board will hold a public hearing on April 23, 2026, at the Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing, 900 West Capitol Avenue, suite 400, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201. The public hearing will be conducted for the purpose of accepting public comment on proposed amendments to the administrative rules of the Elevator Safety Board. The Administrative Rules of the Elevator Safety Board are amended to incorporate changes from Act 746 of 2025. Written comment will be accepted through April 21, 2026 by the Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing at the above address or by email at Lindsay.Moore@arkansas.gov.
