Notice of Rulemaking Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated § 25-15-201 et seq. notice is hereby given that the Department of Labor and Licensing State Board of Appraisers, Abstracters, and Home Inspectors is considering changes to its rules. The changes are required to comply with changes made by Acts 949 and 974 of 2025 and changes made to the Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria by the Appraiser Qualifications Board under Title XI of FIRREA. Written comments will be accepted from Saturday, March 21, 2026, through Monday, April 20, 2026, by the State Board of Appraisers, Abstracters, and Home Inspectors.
