Montana Workplace Injury Statistics Report
The Montana Department of Labor & Industry released the 2024 Occupational Injuries and Illnesses Report on April 2, 2026, documenting 13,200 OSHA-recordable nonfatal workplace injuries and illnesses among private industry workers, with an overall incidence rate of 3.4 cases per 100 full-time workers.
