Jon Duane Sobotka, MD (Licensee) is a licensed physician in the State of Oregon. 11 2.12 The Board received credible information regarding Licensee that resulted in the Board 13 initiating an investigation. In order to address the Board's concerns while this matter is under 14 investigation, Licensee and the Board agree to the entry of this Interim Stipulated Order, which 15 is not an admission of any wrongdoing on the part of the Licensee. Licensee understands the 16 terms of this Order and signs freely, without fraud or duress. 17 3.18 While this matter is under investigation, Licensee agrees to the following conditions: 19 3.1 Licensee voluntarily withdraws from the practice of medicine, and his license is 20 placed in Inactive status pending the completion of the Board's investigation into his ability to 21 safely and competently practice medicine. 22 3.2 Licensee understands that violating any term of this Order will be grounds for 23 disciplinary action under ORS 677.190(17). 24 4.25 At the conclusion of the Board's investigation, Licensee's status will be reviewed in an 26 expeditious manner.
