The present disclosure provides a method of facilitating pharmacy management. Further, the method may include receiving two or more medicine data from one or more of a medicine database and a platform device. Further, each of the two or more medicine data corresponds to a unique medicine code. Further, the method may include receiving a medicine search code and a transaction type data from a user device associated with a user. Further, the method may include comparing the medicine search code and the unique medicine code. Further, the method may include identifying an identified medicine data from the two or more medicine data based on the comparing. Further, the method may include updating an inventory data stored in a storage device based on the identified medicine data and the transaction type data.
