The Oregon Board of Psychology released its enforcement actions report covering October 8, 2025 to April 8, 2026. The report documents 12 proposed disciplinary actions (NPDAs), 2 Notices of Intent to Impose Civil Penalties (NICPs), 5 default orders, and 3 stipulated final orders against licensees, applicants, and unlicensed individuals. Additionally, 12 cases were dismissed during this period.
