Friday, December 12, 2025 | 01:41pm Effective January 1, 2026 , the Annual PAC Registration Fee will be reinstated. (T.C.A. 2-10-117). The Annual PAC Registration fee is $150. All PAC Fees must be paid by January 31 st. Instructions for submitting payment of the Registration Fee will be sent to all registered PACs in late December or early January. For any PAC registering after January 31 st, payment of the Registration Fee will be due upon registration.
