Q1 2026 Lobbyist and Principal Reports Due April 30th

The Nebraska Accountability & Disclosure Commission (NADC) has posted a notice reminding registered lobbyists and their principals that Q1 2026 quarterly reports covering the period January 1 through March 31, 2026, are due Thursday, April 30, 2026 by 12:00 p.m. Lobbyists must file Lobbyist Form B and principals must file Principal Form C through the Nebraska Lobbyist electronic registration system at nebraskalegislature.gov. This is a standard quarterly filing reminder with no changes to existing lobbying disclosure requirements.

2nd Primary Campaign Statements Due May 4, 2026

The Nebraska Accountability & Disclosure Commission announces that 2nd Primary Campaign Statements are due by Monday, May 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM. The filing covers the reporting period through April 27, 2026. Online filing is available for candidates and campaign committees who contact nadc@nebraska.gov to obtain electronic filing credentials.
