| In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33(1) of the Public Entertainments Act 1958, the Minister for Digital Development and Information makes the following Rules: |

| Citation and commencement |

| 1. These Rules are the Public Entertainments (Arts Entertainment) (Amendment) Rules 2026 and come into operation on 1 May 2026. |

| Amendment of rule 3 |

| 2. In the Public Entertainments (Arts Entertainment) Rules 2022 (G.N. No. S 359/2022), in rule 3(1), replace “www.imda.gov.sg” with “https://iris.imda.gov.sg/application/arts-entertainment-licence”. |
