Public Hearing on Construction Industries Regulations, Albuquerque NM

The New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department (RLD) Construction Industries Division announces a public hearing on April 21, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in Albuquerque to receive comments on proposed amendments to journeyman certification and inspector qualification requirements, and the repeal and replacement of multiple construction codes including the 2021 New Mexico Plumbing Code, Mechanical Code, and Medical Gas Code.

The New Mexico Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists will hold a Special Board Meeting on April 15, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place at the Regulation and Licensing Department Hearing Room 1, 2550 Cerrillos Rd., Santa Fe, New Mexico, with virtual attendance available via Microsoft Teams and dial-in options. The meeting agenda will be posted on the Board's website at least 72 hours in advance. Members of the public may provide comments during the designated public comment period.
