Brookfield Cascade Project Part 12D Inspection Review

FERC's New York Regional Office reviewed Brookfield Renewable's 12th Part 12D Periodic Inspection Report for the Cascade hydroelectric project (P-2327). The December 29, 2025 report was submitted for compliance with dam safety inspection requirements under the project license.

FERC Grants Extension for Dam Safety Surveillance and Monitoring Reports

FERC's Atlanta Regional Office issued a delegated order granting Grand River Dam Authority's request for an extension of time to submit Dam Safety Surveillance and Monitoring Reports for the Pensacola Project and related hydroelectric facilities. The extension applies to three project dockets: P-1494, P-2183, and P-2524.

GreenGenStorage 30-Day Extension - Mokelumne Pumped Storage Project

FERC's Office of Energy Projects issued a delegated order granting GreenGenStorage LLC a 30-day extension to coordinate with Pacific Gas & Electric and provide requested information for the Mokelumne Pumped Storage Project under license P-14796. The extension applies to the April 1, 2026 request and is a routine administrative adjustment to the project timeline.
