FERC issued a delegated order accepting Southwest Power Pool, Inc.'s February 25, 2026 filing of a Network Integration Transmission Service Agreement with Kansas Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. under Docket ER26-1493-000. ENGIE Power Cancels Market-Based Rate Tariff

FERC issued a delegated order accepting ENGIE Power & Gas LLC's notice of cancellation of its market-based rate tariff under docket ER26-1456-000. FERC Accepts Colorado Highlands Wind Market-Based Rate Tariff Filing

The filing adds an exception to the waiver of Part 101 for licensed hydropower projects, filed in compliance with Order No. 816. The acceptance was issued under docket ER26-1391-000.
