Batrus, license no MA002600L of Altoona, Blair County agreed to the voluntary surrender of her medical license, because Batrus was convicted of a felony in the courts of this Commonwealth, a Federal Court, or a court of any other state and due to the nature of the criminal conviction, licensure of Respondent would pose a substantial risk to the health and safety of the Respondent’s patients, clients and/or the public or a substantial risk of further conviction. MD462099, of Philadelphia, Philadelphia received a public reprimand, because Cammock had a license or other authorization to practice the profession suspended, revoked, refused or otherwise disciplined by the proper licensing authority of another state, territory, possession or country, or a branch of the Federal Government. (12/23/25) Navigation Commission for the Delaware River and its Navigable Tributaries Secretary of the Commonwealth – Notaries Public Adams County Rey David Dominguez, notary ID number 1248768, of Aspers, Adams County, had his commission suspended for two years, stayed immediately in favor of probation, during which he must pay a $500 civil penalty and send in copies of his journals monthly, based on his failure to

(11/24/25) Germania Perez, notary commission no. 1127675, of Reading, Berks County, agreed to not apply for reappointment as a notary public for four years because she notarized a document without requiring personal appearance. Ralph Francis Stanton, notary ID number 1425826, of Drexel Hill, Delaware County, had his commission suspended for nine months, stayed immediately in favor of probation, during which he must pay a $500 civil penalty, complete six hours of notary education and send in copies of his journals monthly, based on notarizing records without a notarial statement and his failure to record the full address of each individual for whom the notarial act was performed and the date of issuance and expiration of an identification credential in his journal. Respondent is subject to disciplinary action under the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts, 57 Pa.C.S. § 323, in that Respondent lacks the honesty, integrity, competence, or reliability to hold the office of notary public. Genova, notary commission no.1275471, of Springbrook Township, Lackawanna County, was ordered to pay an administrative civil penalty of $500, and a public reprimand placed on his permanent disciplinary record with the Department because Genova pleaded guilty to a felony.
