She imported drugs from China and other foreign countries between January 2020 and September 2021, and received prior notices from the FDA and CBP about the violative nature of her imports. Ms. Kiehl failed to respond to the proposed debarment notice within 30 days, waiving her right to a hearing. The order is applicable April 23, 2026.
