NRCS Information Collection Notice for Advancing Markets for Producers

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is requesting comments on a revision to an approved information collection request for the Advancing Markets for Producers grant activity. The revision focuses on ongoing progress reporting requirements for grant awardees. Comments are due by April 13, 2026.

USDA Revises FY 2026 Sugar Allotments and Allocations

The USDA has revised the fiscal year 2026 (crop year 2025) state cane sugar allotments and allocations to sugarcane processors, and also revised the fiscal year 2026 beet sugar allocations. These revisions involve reassigning specific tonnages between Florida and Louisiana for cane sugar and between various processors for beet sugar.

Farmer Bridge Assistance Program Final Rule and ICR Approval

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) has issued a final rule for the Farmer Bridge Assistance (FBA) Program, effective February 23, 2026. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has also approved the associated information collection request (ICR) under control number 0503-0028.

Supplemental Disaster Relief Program and Dairy Margin Coverage Program Correction

The Commodity Credit Corporation and Farm Service Agency are issuing correcting amendments to the Supplemental Disaster Relief Program (SDRP) and Dairy Margin Coverage (DMC) Program regulations. These technical corrections address eligibility for sugar beet producers, quality loss calculations, and dairy operations that ceased marketing milk. The amendments are effective March 9, 2026.
