the Collector, Aurangabad, learned counsel has sought one week's time to
file reply affidavit and the same is allowed by way of last opportunity.

- From the side of respondent no.4, Board of Revenue, Bihar, one
week's time is sought to file reply. The same is allowed by way of last
opportunity.

- We find that this is an appeal against order dated 25.03.2025
passed by Board of Revenue, Bihar. We fail to understand as to how this
appeal is maintainable, but it is apprised by the learned counsel for the
appellant that the State of Bihar is the Appellate Authority of the State
Pollution Control Board and hence, this appeal is filed here. But when we
enquired for the order showing that the Board of Revenue, Bihar is the
appellate authority, no such document could be shown.
- We leave it to the Regular Bench as to whether this appeal is
maintainable or not.
- Put up this matter for next consideration on 18.05.2026.
