What changed

FERC Commission staff has revised the procedural schedule for processing Boott Hydropower, LLC's amended license application for the Lowell Hydroelectric Project (Project No. 2790-074). The only change is the target date for the 'Notice that Application is Ready for Environmental Analysis,' which has been delayed from March 2026 to May 2026. No new obligations, requirements, or substantive policy changes are imposed.
