The U.S. Department of Education is pleased to announce the publication of the Appendices of the 2025–26 Federal Student Aid Handbook.
These volumes discuss the following:

- Appendix E: Institutional Reporting and Disclosure Requirements

We are working to refresh and improve the FSA Assessments over the coming year. We will be seeking input from financial aid professionals and stakeholders to reimagine this content. We appreciate your patience as we revise the FSA Assessments and other FSA Handbook materials to support you in executing the laws, regulations, policy, and operational guidance for the successful administration of the Title IV, HEA programs.
The Federal Student Aid Handbook is posted digitally on Federal Student Aid’s Knowledge Center and consists of the Application and Verification Guide, nine numbered volumes, and appendices. Each time we post a volume, appendix, or errata, we will inform the community through an Electronic Announcement on the Knowledge Center.
