SUMMARY:

The DoD has submitted to OMB for clearance the following proposal for collection of information under the provisions of the
Paperwork Reduction Act.

Act appeals or related litigation. The Freedom of Information/Privacy Act Request for Adjudication and Vetting Records form
will also be used to refer records under the release authority of another Federal Agency.
