Por petición de la Fiscalía General de la Nación, Iván Stiven Rodríguez Cabrera, de 23 años, fue enviado a un centro penitenciario como presunto responsable de los delitos de acceso carnal abusivo con menor de 14 años y pornografía con persona menor de 18 años.
El procesado está siendo judicializado por su eventual responsabilidad en los vejámenes sexuales a los que fue sometida una menor de 13 años, el 10 de abril de 2025 en el municipio de Tarqui (Huila).
Al parecer, el señalado abusador aprovechó la confianza con la menor de edad, para ofrecerse a llevarla a su residencia donde la habría forzado a sostener relaciones íntimas.
Un fiscal de la Unidad Especial de Investigación de delitos contra Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes (UENNA) estableció que los abusos fueron grabados con su celular que le fue incautado a Rodríguez Cabrera durante su captura.
Ninguno de los cargos fue aceptado por el procesado.
