Por solicitud de la Fiscalía General de la Nación, un juez de control de garantías impuso medida de aseguramiento en establecimiento carcelario a Leyder Yingliany Ortega Pasinga, por su presunta responsabilidad en la dosificación y comercialización al menudeo de marihuana y otras sustancias en Mocoa (Putumayo).
Un fiscal de la Seccional Putumayo le imputó los delitos de tráfico, fabricación o porte de estupefacientes; y fabricación, tráfico, porte o tenencia de armas de fuego, accesorios, partes o municiones. Los cargos no fueron aceptados por el procesado.
De acuerdo con la investigación, desde septiembre de 2025 Ortega Pasinga, al parecer, utilizaba un inmueble ubicado en el barrio Los Chiparos de Mocoa, donde funcionaba un local que simulaba ser un punto de venta de vapeadores y pipas para tabaco, como fachada para la distribución de sustancias ilícitas.
Durante el desarrollo de una diligencia de allanamiento y registro, realizada por la Policía Nacional, se logró la captura de este hombre. Además, se incautaron varias dosis de estupefacientes, un arma de fuego, munición y bolsas para dosificación.
