Os dois normativos tratam do projeto-piloto de trâmite prioritário de marcas. O primeiro define as modalidades e o segundo estabelece o sistema de cotas e os critérios de recepção de requerimento da fase II do projeto-piloto. Ambas as portarias entram em vigor em 1º de maio de 2026.
