What changed
The New Hampshire Banking Department and BAM Trading Services Inc. have jointly filed a motion to modify the discovery schedule and reschedule the pre-hearing conference in Docket #2025-001. The parties requested and were granted an extension for written discovery responses, with the new deadline set for November 18, 2025. Additionally, the pre-hearing conference, originally scheduled for November 18, 2025, has been rescheduled to December 16, 2025, to accommodate the extended discovery period.
This modification indicates a procedural adjustment within an ongoing enforcement action. Compliance officers should note that while this is a procedural update, it reflects active engagement and potential complexity in the discovery phase of the case. The new deadlines for discovery responses and the rescheduled conference should be logged for tracking the case's progress. No immediate compliance actions are required for external entities, but internal legal and compliance teams involved in similar matters should be aware of the extended timelines.
What to do next
- Note the updated discovery deadline of November 18, 2025.
- Note the rescheduled pre-hearing conference date of December 16, 2025.
