Jus Parts 803.01(b)(6), 806.01, and 810.01, BAM Trading Services, Inc. (“BAM Trading”) moves for the Presiding Officer to reschedule the Pre-Hearing Conference currently scheduled for November 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. until November 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in light of BAM Trading’s counsel having a pre-scheduled conflict. If the Presiding Officer is not available on November 18 and thus cannot move the Pre-Hearing Conference back by a day, then BAM Trading’s counsel will make arrangements to appear on the currently scheduled date of November 17. The undersigned has conferred with the Department’s Hearing Examiner Lindsay Castanien, who does not oppose rescheduling the Pre-Hearing Conference from November 17 until November 18. As such, good cause exists to grant this postponement. WHEREFORE, BAM Trading respectfully requests that the Presiding Officer reschedule the Pre-Hearing Conference to November 18, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., and grant such further relief as may be just and proper.
