RESPONDENT BAM TRADING SERVICES, INC.'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR PRO HAC VICE ADMISSION OF SAMEER P. SHEIKH

Pursuant to Pursuant to N.H. Admin R. Jus Parts 806.01 and 807.04, Respondent BAM Trading Services, Inc. (“BAM Trading”), by its undersigned counsel, McLane Middleton, Professional Association, hereby files this Unopposed Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Sameer P. Sheikh, and in support states as follows:

1. Sameer P. Sheikh, Esq. is an attorney with the law firm of Paul Hastings LLP. Attorney Sheikh is a member in good standing of the Bars of all jurisdictions in which he is admitted: Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. Attorney Sheikh is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Attorney Sheikh has also been admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions and courts as well.
2. Attorney Sheikh's Declaration in support of this Motion is attached as Exhibit 1.
3. Attorney Sheikh's appearance in this matter will be in association with undersigned counsel, who are members in good standing of the New Hampshire Bar.
4. BAM Trading has requested that Attorney Sheikh also appear in these proceedings on its behalf.
5. The undersigned has conferred with the Department's Hearing Examiner Lindsay Castanien, who does not object to Attorney Sheikh's pro hac vice admission in this matter.

WHEREFORE, BAM Trading respectfully requests that the Presiding Officer enter an order admitting Sameer P. Sheikh, Esq. pro hac vice in this matter, and grant such further relief as may be just and proper.

DECLARATION OF SAMEER P. SHEIKH, ESQ. IN SUPPORT OF RESPONDENT'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR PRO HAC VICE ADMISSION

I, Sameer P. Sheikh, Esq., hereby make this Declaration in support of Respondent BAM Trading Services, Inc.'s Unopposed Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission, and verify as follows:

1. I am an attorney with the law firm of Paul Hastings LLP. My office is located at 2050 M Street NW, Washington, DC 20036. My telephone number is (202) 551-1834, and my e-mail address is sameersheikh@paulhastings.com.
2. I was admitted to the Bars of Massachusetts (11/25/2013, #688168) and the District of Columbia (8/18/2014, #1021915). In addition, I am admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts (2/17/2021). I have also been admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions and courts as well. I have not applied to appear pro hac vice in any other state or agency proceeding in New Hampshire within the preceding two years.
3. I am a member of the bar in good standing in every jurisdiction where I have been admitted to practice.
4. There are no disciplinary proceedings pending against me as a member of the bar of any jurisdiction. I have never been denied admission, had admission revoked, had disciplinary proceedings brought, or been disciplined, sanctioned, or held in contempt by any court, agency, or other authority.
5. I have twelve years of experience litigating various matters representing companies and individuals in the financial services industry throughout the United States.
6. Respondent BAM Trading Services, Inc. (“BAM Trading”) has specifically requested that I represent it in these pending proceedings. BAM Trading's address is: 252 NW 29th Street, 9th Floor, Suite 250, Miami, FL 33127.
7. My co-counsel in the above-captioned matter, Wilbur A. Glahn, Esq. and Christopher J. Walsh, Esq., are qualified and in good standing to practice in the State of New Hampshire. Their addresses, telephone numbers, and New Hampshire bar numbers are included in the signature block of Respondent's Unopposed Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Sameer P. Sheikh.
8. I agree to notify the Department immediately of any matter affecting my standing at the bar of any court.
9. A copy of Respondent's Unopposed Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Sameer P. Sheikh, including this Declaration, is being forwarded to the Department's Hearing Examiner in this matter.
