Protection LLC (Syngenta) for an exemption from §§ 107.36, 137.19(c), 137.41(c), 137.19(d), 137.19(e)(2)(ii), (iii), and (v), 137.31(a) and (b), 137.33, 137.41(c), 137.42 of Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) to the extent necessary to allow Syngenta to operate unmanned aircraft system (UAS) below 55 pounds (lbs.) for the provision of commercial agricultural-related services.
