Ministerstwo Rozwoju i Technologii opracowało projekt uchwały Rady Ministrów „Program rozwoju inwestycji w polskiej gospodarce do 2035 roku”. Jego głównym celem jest poprawa konkurencyjności polskiej gospodarki poprzez wspieranie inwestycji realizowanych przez polskie i zagraniczne firmy.
Wpisany do wykazu prac Rady Ministrów projekt będzie opierał się na udzielaniu przedsiębiorcom pomocy publicznej w postaci dotacji, co przyczyni się bezpośrednio do wzrostu skali inwestycji, szczególnie w takich obszarach jak cyfryzacja, zielone technologie, biotechnologia, przemysł lotniczy, kosmiczny oraz przemysł obronny. Tak jak poprzednio warunkiem skorzystania z pomocy publicznej oferowanej przez program będzie konieczność m.in:
- utworzenia nowych miejsc pracy,
- poniesienia określonych kosztów inwestycyjnych. Inwestor będzie zobowiązany również do zrealizowania zdefiniowanych w programie wskaźników jakościowych (np. poniesienie nakładów na robotyzację, podjęcie współpracy ze startupami, instalacja OZE, prowadzenie działalności B+R).
Efekty poprzedniego programu
W ramach poprzedniego programu, do końca 2025 roku podpisano 155 umów z przedsiębiorcami. Firmy zadeklarowały inwestycje o wartości 34,74 mld zł, a wsparcie państwa wyniosło ponad 2 mld zł.
Szczegółowe informacje o nowym programie zostaną podane, gdy projekt trafi do konsultacji publicznych i uzgodnień międzyresortowych.
