Description
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Government must conduct market research prior to developing requirement documents for a new acquisition. The findings from this research are essential for identifying existing qualified sources and determining if alternative support strategies can satisfy the Government's needs.
A Request for Information (RFI) is one of the methods the Government uses to conduct market research.
This RFI, issued in accordance with FAR 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997), is exclusively for planning purposes.
