b) IVH may combine Lots
c) Successful suppliers may work across Lots to manage capacity and on-time delivery
d) Suppliers may deliver additional services/works or location that are in keeping with the nature of the contract for presently unknown variables, such as:
to support other departments within IVH
supporting any incoming or new regulatory and legislative changes
in cases of urgency
in cases of an alternative contract failure or termination
e) in the event of no bids for a Lot, a successful supplier from an alternative Lot may be offered
