Description
Brent Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to deliver an Embedded Youth Violence programme. This programme will provide 2 specialist case workers and 1 team leader within Northwick Park hospital in Harrow to provide immediate intervention and long-term support for young people (up to the age of 30) involved in gang-related activity, knife crime, and serious youth violence. By engaging young people at a critical moment, when they present at A&E with violence-related injuries, the project aims to break the cycle of reoffending and exploitation
