Description of risks to contract performance

As Abri continues to evolve, future rebranding requirements cannot be reliably forecast. To ensure flexibility throughout the life of the Contract, particularly in relation to organisational growth or identity changes, a modification allowance of 50% of the total Contract value has been allocated.

Unforeseen events may arise during the Contract that cannot be predicted at this time, including urgent estate‑wide operational changes, unexpected safety or compliance directives, severe weather or environmental damage, or hidden defects and structural issues only identified during installation works. These unknown unknowns may require additional signage supply, installations, removals, replacements, alternative materials, or revised fixing methods. To ensure service continuity and operational flexibility, a modification allowance of up to 50% of the Annual Contract Value has been set aside to accommodate these unpredictable requirements

Additional of up to two twelve‑month periods may be required to ensure service continuity in the event of significant unforeseen business change or challenge. This includes events such as: unplanned mergers, unplanned organisational rebranding, non‑preventable organisational restructure, legislative amendments that impact the ability to run a suitable procurement procedure, natural disasters affecting Abri assets, war‑time impacts affecting
