Leicestershire County Council (LCC) wishes to establish the provision of the Community Life Choices framework to deliver an enabling service that promotes independence and reduces or delays the need for long term support. PAs are not expected to deliver personal care. This is on a one-to-one basis and is not offered as a group option. The PA cannot facilitate a group.
