Description
Leicestershire County Council (LCC) wishes to establish the provision of the Community Life Choices framework to deliver an enabling service that promotes independence and reduces or delays the need for long term support. The core aim of the service is to help people to achieve the outcomes that matter to them in their life, which is focused on the needs, goals and well-being of the person concerned.

Lot 2. Managed Personal Assistants
Description
The Provider will manage individual PAs with a view to the person managing their own PA(s) in the future. The Provider is asked to supply an appropriate PA and manage the recruitment, employment and support of that employee on behalf of the person in need of support. PAs are not expected to deliver personal care. This is on a one-to-one basis and is not offered as a group option. The PA cannot facilitate a group.
