Description

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for a single‑supplier framework for the provision of a principal contractor to deliver years  2 - 5 of the five‑year cyclical works programme (CWP) for the Guildhall School of Music & Drama (GSMD).

Year 2 works will include refurbishment works to the reception area, addressing localised condition and layout improvements for summer 2026.
