Description

The objective of the contract is to remove Vessel from the marine environment and deconstruct the Vessel while properly disposing of hazardous materials/pollutants. As a result, the hazardous conditions will be eliminated. The “F/V Mesachie” (“Vessel”) is an approximately 36 foot, fishing vessel that is currently secured at Martin’s Marina, Bella Bella, BC. The approximate location of the vessel is 52° 10.320' N, 128° 8.322' W. The Canadian Coast Guard (“CCG”) Marine Environmental & Hazards Response (“MEHR”) determined that the Vessel is a threat to the marine and terrestrial environments.
