The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has issued a tender notice for accreditation services for its laboratories, requiring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards. The tender closes on March 23, 2026, with audits for re-certification required by September 2026.

What changed

This notice announces a reissue of a bid solicitation for accreditation services for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) laboratories. The services must adhere to the ISO/IEC 17025 international standard, with current accreditation expiring in September 2026, necessitating audits by that month. Potential bidders must submit their tenders by March 23, 2026, to the specified RCMP Bid Receiving Unit email. It is crucial for bidders to regularly consult the CanadaBuys platform for any amendments or further information, as Canada will not provide direct notifications. What to do next

  1. Review tender documents for RCMP accreditation services.
  2. Submit bids by the closing date of March 23, 2026.
