Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) requires professional services to assess existing and potential programming measures for a broad range of medium and heavy-duty vehicles (MHDV’s) types and use cases with a freight focus. Findings will inform program design options, delivery mechanisms, verification approaches, and policy measures that increase uptake, improve investment clarity, and scale proven interventions across Canada’s freight sector.
