The Mississippi Department of Revenue has issued a notice detailing reduced sales tax rates and exemptions for farmers on agricultural purchases, including tractors, implements, and repair parts. This notice is in response to Senate Bill 2266 passed during the 2025 legislative session.

Mississippi Second Amendment Sales Tax Holiday for Firearms
