Eurasia Mining Provides Operational Update on Mining Projects

Eurasia Mining plc has issued an operational update on its three mining projects. The West Kytlim sale and Monchetundra detailed design completion are progressing as announced in December 2025. At the NKT project, work continues on a feasibility study to support a mining licence application and integration with the adjacent Monchetundra mine plan. The company expects all developments to proceed as announced.

Statement re Possible Offer - Takeover Discussions with TA Associates

Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AMS) confirms it is in discussions with TA Associates (UK), LLP regarding a possible offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of AMS. The announcement is made under Rule 2.4 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers and explicitly states there is no certainty a firm offer will be made. TA Associates has until 5:00 p.m. London time on 16 May 2026 to either announce a firm intention or confirm no intention to make an offer.

EVOKE Confirms Bally's Intralot Takeover Discussions at 50p Per Share

EVOKE PLC confirmed it is in discussions with Bally's Intralot S.A. regarding a possible offer for the entire issued share capital at 50 pence per share, expected to be an all-share combination with a partial cash alternative. Bally's Intralot has until 5.00 p.m. London time on 18 May 2026 to either announce a firm intention or announce it does not intend to make an offer. The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers does not apply as the Company is registered in Gibraltar.
