MORGANTOWN, W. Va. —(BUSINESS
WIRE)— Infinity Natural Resources, Inc. (“Infinity” or the “Company”) (NYSE: INR) today announced that its subsidiary, Infinity Natural Resources, LLC (the “Issuer”), intends to offer, subject to market
conditions and other factors, $500 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2031 (the “Notes”) in a private placement to eligible purchasers (the “Notes Offering”). The Notes will be guaranteed on a
senior unsecured basis by all of the Issuer’s subsidiaries that guarantee the Issuer’s indebtedness under its revolving credit facility.

The
Issuer intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.

The Notes and related guarantees have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), or any state
securities laws and, unless so registered, may not be offered or sold in the United States except pursuant to an exemption from, or in a transaction not subject to, the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state securities
