Summary

The SEC Administrative Law Judge granted a joint motion to postpone all deadlines in Administrative Proceeding File No. 3-22554 pending the Commission's consideration of a dismissal motion filed by the Division of Enforcement with consent of Respondent Horizon Thread (PTY) Ltd. The parties must file a joint status update on June 15, 2026, if the proceeding is not resolved before then.

What changed

The Administrative Law Judge granted the joint motion to postpone all deadlines in this SEC administrative proceeding. The Division of Enforcement, with consent of Respondent Horizon Thread (PTY) Ltd, had moved to dismiss the proceeding as moot given that Respondent filed to withdraw its registration statement. All deadlines remain postponed pending the Commission's consideration of the dismissal motion.

Affected parties (primarily the Respondent and the Division of Enforcement) should note that no substantive action is required until the Commission rules on the dismissal motion. The only near-term obligation is to file a joint status update by June 15, 2026, if the proceeding remains unresolved by that date. This is a routine procedural development that does not resolve the underlying matter.

What to do next

  1. Monitor for Commission decision on dismissal motion
  2. File joint status update by June 15, 2026 if proceeding not resolved
